Responsibilities: To provide all rounds commercial and administration support to the Project Commercial Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Construction/ Engineering/ Quantity Surveyor/ Accountancy
- At least 5 years experience of some or all the following activities : valuation of work progress for main contract and subcontract payment certification, cost control, contract drafting and administration, procurement, accounting and general affairs.

Scaffolding Supervisor (INA-12-BTM-00042)
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical knowledge and expertise and supervision for erecting, dismantling and scaffolding construction
- To ensure the scaffolding proceure, specification standars are included and follow, in work scaffolding erecting, construction and dismantling.
- To inspect scaffolding erctions prior to use. Provide an inspection program for all scaffold structures to ensure that minimum safety requirement are met.
- To ensure all scaffold material are good condition and free from defects. Saccfolds have attached indicating (Tag) safe or not to be used.
- Plans and supervises the daily of scaffolding activities
- Have 5 years experience working in similar position
- Proficient in the preparation, erecting and dismantling of Scaffolding materials.
- Knowledgeable in various Scaffolding material types and applications.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member

MEP Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- To successfully manage the mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on the project with the objective of meeting the budgets, achieving the MEP targets, preserving the company image and securing further work
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents; knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the similar position, extensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction management experience

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all activities on multiple job sites to ensure that all concrete activities are completed as scheduled and walked for quality
- Supervise all concerete job on daily basis (External & Ancillary Buildings, Slabs, Foundations)
- Forecast the need for crews to ensure that staffing matches the concrete and operations schedule
- Minimum 5 years experience in concrete construction experience
- Having general knowledge of the building process and detailed knowledge of all aspects of the concrete trades and practices

Document Clerk (INA-12-BTM-00039)
Responsibilities: To provide clerical and administrative assistance to Document Controller, include correspondence and administrative data.
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 1 year experience in spesific role
- Good administration skills

Cad Operator (INA-12-BTM-00036)
Responsibilities:
- To prepare drawings in the format and system prescribed for the project in order to meet project requirements and Leighton’s quality standards.
- To prepare accurate and well presented drawings in order to meet the standards and targets as specified in the Project Plan. To prepare drawings in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet project deadlines and schedules.
- To ensure engineering documents and documentation are filed correctly, formatted and traceable (hardcopy and softcopy) in order to ensure that only the latest revisions of the document is being worked on.
- To provide administrative support in drawing management in order to meet project objectives.
- Minimum 3 years Experience in Construction, Road or Civil projects.
- ‘O’ level equivalent (e.g. SPM Grade 2 and above).
- Credit in Mathematics, preferably credit in English and local language
- CAD Certificate or Diploma Related CAD working experience.
- Willing to be located in Batam
Planning / Project Control Engineer (INA-12-BTM-00037)
Responsibilities: - To establish, update and manage the various project schedules with the objective of producing accurate, detailed schedules for current project planning and tendering purposes.
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Having 5 years experience in similar position
- n depth understanding of construction methodology covering infrastructure, building, etc
- Experience in a general planning role/project control in the construction site .
